Terms and Conditions of TutionWalaz

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between TutionWalaz, referred to as "Provider," and the parents or guardians of students ("Parents") and the tutors ("Tutors") who engage with TutionWalaz's tutoring services. By accessing and using the services provided by TutionWalaz, Parents and Tutors agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read this Agreement carefully before using our services.

1. Services

1.1 TutionWalaz provides an online platform that connects Parents and Tutors for the purpose of arranging tutoring services for students.

1.2 TutionWalaz acts solely as an intermediary and does not employ or endorse any Tutors. The engagement and arrangement of tutoring services are between Parents and Tutors directly.

1.3 The services provided by Tutors may include, but are not limited to, academic tutoring, test preparation, and educational consultation.

1.4 TutionWalaz does not guarantee the availability of any specific Tutor or the success of any tutoring sessions. We make no representations or warranties regarding the Tutors' qualifications, skills, or backgrounds.

2. Responsibilities and Obligations

2.1 Parents' Responsibilities:

• a. Provide accurate and up-to-date information about the student's needs and requirements.
• b. Communicate openly and effectively with the Tutor to ensure a successful tutoring experience.
• c. Timely payment of fees as agreed upon between Parents and Tutors.

2.2 Tutors' Responsibilities:

• a. Provide tutoring services in a professional and competent manner, tailored to the student's needs.
• b. Maintain confidentiality regarding any personal or academic information shared by the student or Parents.
• c. Adhere to the agreed-upon schedule and promptly notify Parents in case of any changes or cancellations.

3. Payment and Fees

3.1 The fees for tutoring services shall be agreed upon directly between Parents and Tutors. TutionWalaz is not responsible for determining or collecting fees.

3.2 TutionWalaz may charge a service fee or commission for facilitating the connection between Parents and Tutors. The service fee will be clearly communicated to Parents and Tutors.

4. Indemnity Clause

4.1 Parents agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TutionWalaz and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses arising out of or in connection with their engagement with Tutors or their use of the TutionWalaz platform.

4.2 Tutors agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TutionWalaz and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses arising out of or in connection with their provision of tutoring services to Parents or their use of the TutionWalaz platform.

5. Termination

5.1 Either party may terminate their engagement with TutionWalaz at any time without providing a reason.

5.2 TutionWalaz reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to the platform of any Parent or Tutor who violates these Terms and Conditions or engages in any illegal or inappropriate conduct.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1 TutionWalaz shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the platform or the provision of tutoring services.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

7.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Indian laws.

7.2 Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Rajasthan High Court (Jaipur Bench).

By using the services provided by TutionWalaz, Parents and Tutors acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
